Rating the 2012 IP Watchlist questions
The IP Watchlist contains about 50 questions, but not all of them are of equal importance for consumers. For example, you may consider that the question "May students copy works for private research or study?" is more important than "May computer software be reproduced or adapted for the purpose of reverse-engineering interoperable software?".
The purpose of this survey is to obtain your opinions of the relative importance of each question in the 2012 IP Watchlist, so that we can weight the answers appropriately in determining the final scores that each country receives.
