  • Add capacity building on activism against the well funded industry lobby groups
  • 2010 Watch List amendments:
    • Add questions on open access to publicly funded research, policies regarding open document formats and the availability of a broad US-style fair use exception
    • Change caption of "Other relevant laws" to "Other laws referenced below"
    • Condition question about media levies on whether collective licensing applies
    • Explain intent of question about private enforcement of copyright law
    • Remove lowest-rated questions (non-commercial use, media levies, unlimited copies, caching, cover versions, professional advice, moral rights, traditional knowledge, unpublished works, communication right, copyright registration, collectives x 3, private enforcement)
    • Amend question for jurisdictions that do not permit a work to be released to the public domain
    • Rephrase question on the distinction between personal and large scale use to indicate it refers to penalties only
