2010 Consumers International IP Watch List
The Consumers International IP Watch List identifies countries whose IP policies and practices are harmful to consumers. This Watch List is used as a counterbalance to the United States' Special 301 Report, which is an annual report highlighting those countries that supposedly do not provide strong enough protection for the interests of US intellectual property owners.
The 2009 IP Watch List Report is available now, and the 2010 Watch List is under development.
Contributors to the 2010 IP Watch List can submit a draft country report, or modify one of the existing country reports shown below (existing data is for the 2009 edition).
A guidebook to assist you in the completion of the report is available. A blank template containing the 2010 IP Watch List criteria is also attached below, should you need it to make notes or to write a Watch List report in draft before entering it into the Web form.
