This was a working area for consumer groups and NGOs to use in their work on Access to Knowledge and other areas of communications rights. In practice it was not utilised, so has been removed from view, but remains here for historical reference. It could be used in three ways: * As a wiki. To add a new page, start by editing this one then add a new link to your page by enclosing it in double square brackets.
